Wash ur face with icy cold water ( as much as u can tolerate) to reduce face bloating. Also try icing ur face before mke up . I hope it helps. Try drinking lemon water/zeera water a day before imp days to avoid body bloating .

You can dip your face in cold water with lots of ice .! Do it 4-5 times when you wake up everyday .! Do it for 1 week at-least & see the difference.! It definitely helps in bloating
