Hello lovers of the Gelli art! Art from Food? Is that possible? Today I'll show you how I created two lovely artworks by printing vegetables and fruit with the Gelli plate, and then develop them further. Also, I am making some interesting backgrounds with a new technique...

Materials used:
Gelli Plate A4 size (8" x 12") by Gel Press
Acrylic paint: Schmincke Akademie/ sand, Rico Paint/ sage, Boesner Acryl/ burnt siena, Golden fluid acrylics/ gold
Etching ink: Akua black intaglio
Brayer for for acrylics
regular acrylic paint brush size 4 to 6
Canson Image mixed media paper 200 gsm, A4 size (8" x 12")
copy paper for excess paint
pencils: Faber-Castell Polychromos burnt siena and black, Caran d'Ache Luminance white
water spray bottle
tissue paper
fresh vegetables and fruit, cooking brush
