I love that there is no audio, some trainers can be too distracting when explaining how to do the moves. My only advice is to put in some sort of bell to signal next move or change sides. Seeing as we're busy doing the moves and focusing on our forms and not constantly watching the screen, one might miss the text of the next move :) thanks I enjoyed it thoroughly!

This is my first time doing Pilates and I’ve been doing this workout for 5 weeks so far and my butt got more lifted and looks bigger I’m so happy I finally found a workout that works and I’m still eating the same, it looks like I have a hourglass shape now 😊

This is such a great workout! Hands down my favorite. It really works all your muscles. More like intermediate level. Workout becomes easier as you do it more so don't get discourage. Thank you for uploading such a great workout.

This was a BLISS! I was about to fly away when I stood up at the end... or so I thought. Legs were so light. Or heavy... one of the two, I can't tell. HAHA! It's so refreshing to see such professionalism without any fancy equipment, fancy shoes or showing off. Nature, beauty and hard work. I'll be a regular! :-D ~ Thank you so much for the upload! xx

i love this workout! it's my first time trying pilates, and i found this to be tough but manageable. i've been doing it for about three weeks now every other day, and i really feel and see a huge difference!

I've read a lot of these comments below and felt as I've been doing pilates at top Cape Town studios for more than 4 years and can also say something! I've always only been a runner -cardio was all i did...but Pilates TOGETHER with cardio is an excellent combination. You will be a lot more toned with leaner muscle than just running. And I thought the video was very good! Great work out, Im tired now! People shouldn't be so critical! It was fun, relaxing, gorgeous girl to look at and a good work out. I do agree you need a few lessons from a trained professional first before doing a video like this on your own. Thanks Gym Ra

I love this workout, it is no joke! I never would have picked a beginners workout but this just started playing from one of the lists I was on. Gave me a great burn!
I also enjoy how there is no verbal instruction because I can play whatever music I want in the background.

I LOVE this video. I do it every day. I think that the girl's smile gives the viewer a lot of encouragement and it makes me smile, too. I also think that her clothing is not provocative at all. I don't understand all those people who post those negative comments.

I started to doing this video yesterday and I found this video amazing!! Most effective video I've ever tried :) I really felt the burn in my thighs and legs. So I'm gonna do this for 2 weeks and if I ses any result, I'll keep doing this. Thanks for the video :)

I just recently had epidural injection in my lumbar. My doctor told me to begin core exercising rather than lifting weights. So I gave this video a try…And it was a work out! The toe dipping had me squealing 😌 with defeat. I will definitely continue to work out my core following these exercises. Thanks for the Video.
