UPDATE: I DID AN OOPSIE. I mention in the vid the xpro 3 does 60fps in 1080p. It ACTUALLY CAN DO 120. Sorry about that.

Fuji sent me the X Pro 3 to test out. These are some thoughts.

After watching about one hundred and eighty six reviews on the X-Pro 3...
Okey maybe it was little less than that but not by much...
I must say this was the nicest, honestest and most fun to watch review out there! +1 & subscribed.

Hey all, TWO QUICK NOTES. First off, I did an oopsie. ***1080P video goes up to 120fps on X-Pro3, not 60*** And also, since I got a few questions about this... The photos in this vid are ALL straight out of camera, using Fuji's Film Simulations. The photos are completely unedited.

If I would not have the Leica M-D already this would be the camera I would pick up right now. Such an amazing idea of Fuji to hide the rear screen. And those film simulations... OMG! Nice. Thanks for reviewing the camera. Love your refreshing take on reviews.

i love my x-pro3 but i'm almost always on A or C for iso because the dial just makes me want to punt the camera

Just bought the Xpro3 and I’m so grateful that Fuji created something so unique. Amazing camera. Love it more than my canon mirrorless system.

Fantastical fresh video - thanks. Have an X pro 3 and had and X pro 2 before that.. I have the 23, 35, 16-55 and 50-140. I find the 16-55, despite the size and weight, lives on the camera and is amazing. Camera focus and low light is great - probably nearly a sony (and Fuji releases firmware to improve things so it probably will eventually equal a sony or surpass contemporaneous It sort of beats Leica at the Leica game...you can set auto iso, do SS and aperture, and have a lot of fun. From the 2 they fixed the exposure dial, it is a lot harder to bump now....ask me how I
The self cleaning sensor thing works....
The iso knob really reminds me of my old Nikon FM2. Could be the same part actually....(kidding)..
Adding the factory grip and a thumbrest makes it the perfect street/travel/documentary camera.
Worth noting, the x pro 2 and x pro 3 have really good weather sealing.
It is pretty quiet...the x pro 3 has a upgraded shutter sound that is nicer to hear.
The shutter button is a little more distinct in the x pro 3 than prior cameras - I like it but it is a little more of a push to “half” if that makes sense.
The screen is beautiful if weird, and the q menu is of cool.
If you go to the Ken Rockwell site on setting up the touch screens on Fuji cameras, you can finally figure out the guru touch screen and the joystick gets a lot less literally have to go to the video, with camera in hand, and pause/rewind...but after 20 minutes the camera is way, way, way better.
Search stuff is sublime on Fuji’s.

Great video. Great camera.
Hope the next one has better ISO and a locking evf knob. Ibis. And just maybe a flippy push the screen in...but if it was able to And perhaps better ports.

I had to pause the video for a while to do some actual work, but yeah, I really loved this one. You really should have more subscribers. I swear the Youtube algorithm is broken.

The lift-up ISO dial reminds me of some actual film cameras though..

I wish that either the xpro3 had the LCD from the x100v or that the x100v had interchangeable lenses. I can't believe fugi doesnt make a rangefinder style camera with interchangeable lenses and a tilt/swivel LCD.

I got mine 48 hours before quarantine... sitting in the room turning the buttons is fun though. But seriously, I own about 25 cameras (half are film cams) and the X-Pro 3 is my favorite. It makes you feel things, but it's certainly not going to be for everyone.

That lift the dial thing was on a few old film cameras (the original non-program Canon AE-1 and the Chinon CM-4 being two examples I actually own) and I thought it was fiddly and stupid on those but hey... that just means you're getting an Authentic Film Experience here!

This is my favorite camera besides the Leica M6. Use raw for High ISO, I use the simulations for a guide to shoot by

To bad it didn't come with an option for LCD preference, drop down, as is, or flip out, like on xt3
