The 6s is really a sweetspot. iPhone performance degradation usually depends more on RAM than CPU speed. The 6s is the first phone with 2GB RAM, which is the same as iPhone 8. So Apple is still gonna optimize for 2GB devices for a long time.

this guy is just testing things like loading up apps. that’s not a test of the processor or graphics speed or performance. it’s the drive performance. and of course the drive speed is almost going to be the same, i don’t know why he was so surprised to see the benchmarks, those are actual tests for the cpu and graphics
