I need to my object have only lighting not forest texture

When I use the enviromental light as this forest, my other side of the object gets dark and has a shadow. Is there a way to use the HDRI so that all of the object would be lighted up?

This is perhaps a stupid question, but why is the background image so low quality and pixelated in the viewport and render? It looks really bad, is there any way to make it look better or is the image itself very low resolution?

I was initially put off your videos by the automated voice that you use to narate them. Luckily I have seen the error of my ways. Your videos are really good, giving great explanations and not being filled with anything distracting. That actaully includes the automated voice never "um-ahing" or deviating off topic.
