As a kid, I used to live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and the Elation would come into port almost weekly. I was always in awe of its size and its appearance. I was lucky enough to tour it twice, once with my kindergarten class and once with my family. I found the ornate interiors so cool and dreamed of taking a cruise one day.

Wow this was the best carnival elation tour I have seen, and I have been binge watching Videos like crazy lol to get a good look before I booked my birthday cruise. Your video was the 1st time I seen all the nice stores thanks a lot

I'm watching this because I'm nostalgic from my last cruise 😂 It's interesting because this ship must have had a refit since 2019 because some of that layout is not at all what I remember! There was no "limelight lounge" but rather a dance club. And past the alchemy bar was the lounge that I remember hosting comedy. Cool to see these changes! And brings back memories for me of the ship itself!

The Imagination was my first cruise. Back in 1995. I just love looking at this video. I live in Jacksonville and love sailing on the Elation. Just sailed on it 2 weeks ago. It was my fourth time.

Did the inspiration and imagination which were twin ships out of Long Beach both are very similar to the Elation! Great video! Now we have the Radiance out of Long Beach and the Firenze which I’m sailing on in May!

For an older Carnival ship, it appears they keep it in great condition and clean. It looks like they have everything to make it an enjoyable cruise. I liked that the decor of the ship was more subdued than some of the wilder decor on some of their other ships. The area at the front of the Viranda deck sure looks quiet and a great place for viewing. You did an excellent Carnival Elation ship tour. I am looking forward to my upcoming Carnival Elation Cruise. the best tour i have seen, but where was all the people? i will be on the ship in 9days, it is my favorite ship. some things have been added since your video, you have a seafood place now on deck 10. cruised this ship over 30 times and have 11 booked.

What a fabulous tour! Thank you for the video. Beautiful ship inside, oldie but goodie. My family and I just got off the Icon of the Seas. We liked the Icon but it was so so crowded and just so expensive, everything costs extra. No place to go and relax. After watching your video we may book a Elation cruise so we can just relax...and get a good free Guys burger.

Are there tables in the casino where you can sit back and just drink and smoke without being at a game or slot machine? My wife and I don't gamble, but would love that atmosphere.
