Whether Indie or TripleA Studio: Getting the proper visibility and discoverability for your games within a world of dominating sales platforms is a growing issue. This requires us to think beyond Steam & Co. Whom do I want to reach and where? Which channels do I want my product to be sold on? Do I work with Publishers and Distributors, or will I go for self-publishing? There are many questions that need to be answered from a new angle, but often these are neglected, with the result of promising titles ending up with disappointing sales or in app store Nirvana. In this Talk we will give in-depth insights on how we can sell products on third-party channels, use their reach to gain visibility and how to prevent price-erosion.
