My mom was born there.. done numerous visits... What was not mentioned was how near Puerto rico, St Thomas and St John is to Saint Croix. You can get to those places very quickly by boat or seaplane. Seaplane leaves from christiansted.. the main airport on Saint Croix is in Fredericksburg... No passport required to fly to St Croix... Because, it's territory of the United States.. there's a lot more that this guy didn't mention about Saint Croix.. for one, Buck Island is an excellent place to scuba dive and snorkel..

Also, Cruzan Rum located off of Airport Road. The oldest and best (PERIOD) rum distillery on St.Croix.

Very inadequate review. No mention of our Bioluminescent Bay which Scientists have called one of the worlds best. Jeep tours exploring remote areas. And so much more. I'm a 30 year resident and just retired to my Beachfront home in Puerto Rico. Gonna sell this home and return home to St.Croix, Puerto Rico is like living stateside and St.Croix is true small island living.

In st.croix there is a lot of turtles that live here, there is 5, 606 turtle nesting found on the island since the island is a place where most turtles will meet and live
