Try this healthy frozen healthy kids and toddler snacks, the Banana Blueberry PieTart. It's very refreshing and a good tummy filler without worrying too much sugar on it. They only sweeten up with natural honey and just the naturally sweet banana.
Serving: 9 mini pie tart
Ingredients:
Baked mini pie crust shell, 9 pcs.
half large size banana, mashed
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 tablespoon of milk or almond milk
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch
1/2 tablespoon honey, for taste
few blueberries for toppings, divided

Method:
1. Preheat oven at 375 deg F. Bake the pie shell crust for 9-10 minutes or follow the package instructions. Cool them completely before filling them up with pie batter.
2. Mashed banana until smooth.
3. Mix corn starch and milk until incorporated.
4. Heat saucepan in low medium heat and melt the butter.
5. Pour the mashed banana into the saucepan and stir constantly.
6. Add egg white, beaten. Continue stirring until the mixture is pudding-like consistency (about 5 minutes).
7. Add honey for little bit sweetness (optional).
8. Fill in the pie shell with a heaping amount of batter. Put the blueberry for topping.
9. Place the mini pie tart in a plate or airtight container and place them in the freezer for 1 to 2 hour or overnight. Enjoy snacking!
