Same sensor size means, its not worth upgrading, stick with Action 4 or 5 whichever you have.

I don't see any significant upgrades over pro 5 camera, if specs is correct.

I'm using Gopro 10 and while daylight footage is good - reliability is terrible. Looking for DJI 6 PRO

I bought my Action 5 mainly for running - as an upgrade from a GoPro 8. The battery and other "nice-to-have's" were definitely much better, but actual running stability is noticeably worse with the DJI. Something really frustrating (but i love the "nice-to-have's".
