1-0 is filled at unit place
2-0 is filled at tenth place
3-0 isn't chosen at unit and tenth place

At 16:24 second mein sir jo apne 100th place fill up kiya.. Apne us jagah par 3 likha.. Agar hum unit place pe 2 likhenge aur 10th place mein 0 likhenge toh sir 100th place mein 4 ayegana sir... Plz help me sir
