Man arrested, charged after using tow truck to steal cars in Dutchtown

A St. Louis County man has been arrested and charged after surveillance video captured him using a tow truck to steal cars, police said.

We just don't punish people like we must in order to keep society safe. Criminals are not products of their childhood, nor environment. If so, we;d see crime everywhere, every second of each day. Criminals are those who are too entitled to do the right thing slowly for themselves and their loved ones. Giving them chance after chance only makes them more emboldened to do wrong.
