Bro idk why people are correcting people on “the right way to fall off”. when you’re barley clinging on to the saddle you’re not thinking about “am i falling off right?” you’re thinking “don’t fall, oh no i’m falling”. It’s normal human reactions people

Poor thing got started mabby a tip for the trainer never let the log on the ground it is very dangerous (I have the same experience once but the horse got stuck in the log and fell)(btw you did very good 😊)

That happened to me bc the horse i rode is rlly stupid and decided to stand on poles with me on him and the instructor came over with the whip and he did the same thing as that horse, I didn’t fall off tho bc I was balanced.

Pay more attention to your legs when they spook rather than your hands. Your legs can squeeze tight but your hands can only merely hold on. Hope this helped😊

Hope your okay! Tip: always check your saddle girth before getting on. You prob do this but don’t be afraid to get off in your lesson- the instructor may ask “why are you hopping off?” Tell them it’s because you feel your saddle sliding- :) yes I know the horse spooked. Hope your alr!

I cried a little inside when i saw almost the whole lunge line laying on the ground 🥲 imagine if the horse would've ran forward and gotten tangled in the line.. i think she should've kept her distance and just used the whip like you do when they don't wanna go forward

My horse trainer taught me use your hands like hold on to there mane cause squeezing with legs could make the bolt or speed u and that won’t really help if they were to bolt.no hate tho.
