It’s really interesting hearing a gen z perspective on couple like the ace family. I’m a millennial and only saw clips of their vids and they’re the typical toxic social media couple. They’re barely a real relationship-they’re a brand and a business. I really would not look up to people like that as examples of healthy or thriving romantic relationships.

As genx I grew up when the only media was tv, movies, magazines. All highly manufactured content- so I never expected anyone to be actually "real". I can't relate to being disappointed that celebrities real relationships were different then portrayed in the media.

They don’t dictate whether nuclear families will make it or not. Too many people could tell they were toxic from the beginning. I would be more sad to hear if anything happened to the Curly Coopers or Desmond and Kristy Scott’s family. Those families are genuine and wholesome. Both were long term before they started social media as well, so that would be more shocking news than an Austin. I pray that never happens for them though.

No it’s not the death of a nuclear family… that was not a nuclear family. Technically yes but they were not playing the roles of the nuclear family, which is in fact all about the spouses supporting each other in the Indra or of raising their children correctly. The two parents work together to give the children a stable, consistent environment where they can learn and grow. How does that relate to the Ace family at all. I only ever saw a few of their videos but it was immediately clear that he was fame hungry and she was extremely unhappy.

Was following them so much before 2022, made a little break to instagram from time to time, today I saw that Catherine had changed her life so much (maybe in a good way) and I presumed that something big had happened in her life ( like break up or something else) so I search for "the video". Feeling a bit sad, they felt as if it will last forever.

Moral of the story only have kids with the love of your life .. or else you feel a need to stay with this person even when you shouldn’t it’s not a bad thing to stay for kids but it’s not a good thing everyone deserves to be treated right and you don’t cheat on the women who has your kids that’s like spitting in gods face .
