"The gospel will be preached to all nations" is referring to Rev 14:6-13 - The Messages of the Three Angels. The message of the 1st angel is the fulfillment of the prophecy as only this angel has been given the authority. Rev 14:6 "...., having the eternal gospel to preach to those who dwell upon the earth, to every nation and tribe and tongue and people." While our broadcasts around the world are a wonderful achievement for the kingdom of God, it is not the fulfillment of prophecy as we cannot reach all tribes, nations, and tongues. Only the Father has that kind of all encompassing reach to everyone at the same time. Man is not that capable. Mat 24:14 confirms this when Jesus tells us the timeline. The prophecy will be preached and THEN "the end will come". Mat 24:15 Jesus starts the timeline for the tribulation by pointing to Dan 9:27 and the abomination of desolation.

Matthew 24 is the 10, 000 ft view and Revelations gives us the 100 foot view with greater detail.
