It is often seen that people have very little knowledge about the bank and the working of the banks. Economy is changing rapidly and so the banking. Always there are new concepts coming. Many obsolete things are deleted. Today, banking industry is full of young and talented work force but they lack the guidance of experienced people. Staff in banks are over burden with lots of work. They even not get the time to read the circulars and manuals. So, without knowledge there may be lots of possibilities of committing mistakes and ultimately land up in staff accountability.
Therefore, the mission and vision of this channel is to create awareness about bank functioning among the people and at the same time make an effort to update the bank staff with new banking concepts, ideas and emerging trends with our videos.
