Blessed Mother Mary Religious Statue RESTORATION

Journey to the Château, Ep. 212 - In this week's Wednesday episode, Patrick and Stuart acquire new (old) items for the original 17th century chateau chapel. Stuart works on the restoration of an "Our Lady of Grace" blessed Mary statue (Vierge Miraculeuse). Patrick searches online auctions and Leboncoin (classified ads website) to find some lighting and furniture pieces for the chapel.

The Virgin Mary statue is a lovely find and fits perfectly in the chapel. Stuart, you did a wonderful job replacing her hands and I’m sure the head crown will be equally lovely. The statue of Mary is exquisite, the gold is in great shape and her face is lovely. Stuart, you did a great job re-making her hands and cleaning her. What a perfect purchase for the chapel. The old lanterns are also perfect and look like they were always there.
