OMG, I'm so excited for you to read Heat of the Everflame and I am DYING waiting for the 4th book!!! 😭 I'm formulating my tbr now but definitely going to finish off the Legends of Thezmarr series. Also want to get to Keeping 13.

I have just been having bad luck with reading romance this month and probably for the past half year... I read a few books that I really didn't like e.g. "When the moon hatched" (horrible prose, romanticizing EDs, cut and paste main characters) and I may just need a break from romance. I'm going to read "Never let me go" and maybe a detective story - I've been having fun with those...

About the third book in the Everflame series - it was the one to convince me to put the series down. The next part is a minor spoiler only telling you when the spice happens...
This book is very YA. No communication between hero and heroine for the first half of the book, the obligatory gay friend - check, letting the villain escape again and again even with terrible consequences, the spice happens very very very close to the end of the book (like maybe at 95%) - for no apparent reason whatsoever (I guess they really aren't that into each other). Anyway, it was just a high-school romance in a fantasy setting.

I really want to read Wild Eyes, Delicate Escape, A Touch of Gold and Madness, and I possibly want to start Manacled! 🍁🍂

I pre-ordered Wild Eyes so I will definitely be reading that in September. Also Jewel E. Ann has a new book coming out called Sunday Morning. I don't even need to know what it is about, I will be reading it.

I started to have a hard time with Elsie silver s books.. when I read hopeless I really liked it but it sounded like a standalone to me and not the last book of the series so I was ready for a fresh start with Wild Love which I didn't like.. this time I'll wait before buying Wild Eyes.. I want to see honest reviews first.. happy anniversary to you and your husband!! I've been married to my teenage first and only boyfriend for 9 years but we've been together for 22 years.. unbelievable

Nooo you should read the Lady of Darkness series before you read the Legacy series. It plays in the same world and you need the background story in order to understand what’s going on. You gonna spoiler yourself for the Lady of Darkness series otherwise. It doesn’t make sense to read the Legacy series if you haven’t read the Lady of Darkness series. it makes it easier to understand what’s going on in the Legacy series. Please read the Lady of Darkness series first.
