Five-Seven > Both M4s

Eye think they need to make the M4s one tap (up to a certain distance) or nerf the Five -Seven Again.

The oneshot capability is reasonable because the 5, 7mm cartridge is designed to go through armor :)

Five-SeveN and Tec-9 is still insane and have decent run and gun usability. Feel like Cz-auto total ammo should be buffed too, don't see anyone using it.

I have always loved the five-seven. It has won me more eco rounds than I can remember. It's the only pistol that can genuinely compete with an M4 or an AK. The headshots are NASTY on the 5/7. They just connect

The ending is crazy. I had no idea they did that lmao 😂

It's bullet penetration makes a lot of sense considering, that 4.6x30mm rounds are designed to go really fast and penetrate armour. Thats why it is used by special forces while protecting VIP's in MP7 PDW submachine gun. Its light, fast, good at penetrating kevlar vests and that makes it a perfect close quarter defense round.

This is why every round is pistol round

From a google search about the Five-Seve this is what I found: "The FN Five-seven is a semi-automatic pistol designed and manufactured by FN Herstal in Belgium. The pistol is named for the 5.7×28mm cartridge's bullet diameter, and the trademark's capitalization style is intended to emphasize the manufacturer's initials—FN." Put it simply just like the P90 its based and designed for punching through light to medium armor

Holding a tight corner where the fiveseven can one shot head shot, like water entrance to b on ct side or a main on anubis, or tunnels guarding secret stairs. Its the easiest thing ever

P250 is also my favourite pistol, the shape of the gun is clean and it also feel so smooth and easy to headshot.

Whenever I am low on money and enemy full buys I love to go for half armour and five-seven. Only a few hits to the body even with Kevlar and the ability to 1 tap even with Kevlar helmet

5.7x28mm (the ammo the FN Five-seveN and the P90 is based off of) was contracted by NATO to be a good PDW round that has AP capabilities. Although the P90 was not adopted universally, the 5.7x28mm round is still a very good round, especially when it comes to its AP capabilities.

five seven is also the description of the bullet it shoots, it was made bc (NATO or the UN I think from memory IDK it's 2am) wanted a new AP round. That said, the p90 also shoots it, so assuming these aren't hollow points, it makes sense it could take out a human if shot at the head.

Police and some swat/counter terrorism groups run hollow points (more swat and police than actual CT groups like the GIGN or whatever) to avoid penetrating targets and hitting civilians. That combined with subsonic ammunition used for a suppressed weapon might not go through an armored helmet at certain ranges.

Assuming that the AK in CS is chambered in 7.62, and that the terrorists aren't using hollow points (why would they? they have no reason to), it makes sense out would take out someone with an armored helmet.

The 5/7 was designed to be an AP pistol, and if someone was running it, it would likely be for this property, while they be running hollow points for some reason on their other weapons. IDK, I'm trying to come up with a logical in game reason for this. This explain does not in any way consider the P90, or any other weapon's existence. It makes more sense for the 5/7 to be in the game than the deagle, but the game itself doesn't make much sense lol so yeah IDK, have a nice day ❤❤❤

It actually uses special ammo which (I think) are custom made for it, it's the reason for the name! 5.7mm bullets slammed into a small pistol. A caliber wider than the one in the M4's 5.56mm, but slightly shorter.

Got a chance to shoot one irl and the thing is a beast both in game and in real life.

Edit: According to Wikipedia, the cartridge WAS special to the 5-7 for a while as it was the first thing to get it (the P90 was supposed to use it too!), but it's adapted for multiple other weapons now.

5.7x28mm SS190 is armor piercing ammunition, making that one tap opportunity

FN 5.7×28mm is known for its armor penetrating ability so it should remain a one tap

No. It’s fine as it is. The 5.7mm round it fires is meant to be exactly used for this reason: penetration. It’s definitely wiser to buy an m4 or an AWP over it late match, but it’s a great choice for pistol round.

It's good but inaccuracy in long distances makes it less versatile so huan deag with its oneshot ability in any distance is still superior if you are confident in your mechanics. However for force and eco rounds it is a must have for squad since CTs have tactical advantage of positioning

Technically in Old CS games 5'7s are also overpowered, it's a Glock with the Power of a Rifles with quite less diminishing effects in longer range

The 5.7 in real life is actually made to penetrate armor, and it does it very well. So the in game performance makes sense
