Canoe Sailing

With lockdown dragging on we decided to adapt our 14ft Mad River Explorer to sail. Its fair to say there was a healthy degree of scepticism this would work.

I am outfitting the exact same canoe with sail rigging right now! How did you attach the mast foot? I'm having trouble figuring out how I want to secure it to the canoe.

Too think it wouldn't work may have been understandable. To think it would sink shows their lack of knowledge. We've brought large appliances up river using two canoes tied together for balance LOL
