Aye all my fellow Marylanders are gathering here. Tbh the crab cakes weren’t that bad, but I would never eat crab out of a can like that. We catch them fresh. Also no old bay? Atrocious!

I love Dan-o he's funny as hell and I love his take on food. I have not ordered his seasoning due to no one in my house can have salt and a lot of seasoning that are mixed like that have a ton of salt but who cares if he uses canned crab or does not use old bays seasoning he's doing it his way and you can not knock it until you make it yourself and try it. There is literally no one in the world that uses the same recipes I mean maybe at first trying it you by the recipe but the next time you make it your own. I mean have you never had no idea what you were going to cook and just threw stuff together and made an amazing meal. I think people just need to get over themselves because food is like art and art is being unique. It's like people hate change and way to much prude just because your recipe has worked for 100 of years does not mean another could not be the same.
