She have to pay child support, so most likely she was the problem in the marriage.
Men pay women attorney fees all the time. Why shouldn't she pay his.

Yeah it's kinda obvious she is the "dubber". HE has custody, SHE is BEHIND in paying court costs, SHE PAYS child support. Just do the best you can...honestly if you get the 401K loan for $1700 then pay it back in 12 months @ $150 a month it might be worth it... but obviously she needs to get her life straightened out first driving Lyft and donating blood, along with a minimum wage job isn't going to get you very far. Hopefully she is off of whatever caused her to lose her kids gambling, drugs or whatever and can turn her life around
