I have a short ( but true ) story about strength:
Three men were trying to move a cast iron potbelly stove, and one of them was a 'Bodybuilder'.
The other 2 men were just average guys.
Whilst moving the stove, the Bodybuilder cried out again and again that he needed a break and begged the other men to put the stove down ( where the 2 average guys didn't need a break )
So, pumping up your muscles like balloons does not necessarily make one strong; true strength doesn't require visits to the Gym.
