How to make Cordage from Willow Bark is a very useful skill, cordage is like rope not stating the obvious but to sum its like part of there bushcraft repertoire.

Like most of us we started out making cordage with stinger nettle fibres which can make your fingers go numb with all the stings, but using willow we can get away with out the pain.

Cordage can be used for many things around the camp from hanging pots to fixing a piece of our equipment that might have broken like a rucksack or you just might want to use the cordage for making bushcraft art like bark containers so as you can see there are many uses for natural chordage.
