Matt, I used to hate my body. All I wanted to do was ignore it. I suffered with pain and dysfunction; I just accepted that because I thought that was all I could be. Then I found your channel. You have taught me to love this body, and by caring for it and nurturing it I have transformed into a happy, fit, and functioning person! I'm having fun in my body, instead of hating being trapped and limited by it.

I see possibilities instead of obstacles. I see a future full of adventure instead of increasing challenges. And I have developed a deeper connection to everything.

Thank you for inspiring me. It was your personal story that attracted me to your channel. You've been there, and you've come back to Life. And now, so have I.💖😌

The universe sends messages at the right time. I’m laying in a hospital bed post back surgery. I’m old(er) and this motivational vid is very much appreciated!!!

My sister always goes the surgery route!!!
She's gonna pay for that!!! Every time I get a new curious ouch, 😮 I know there is a natural muscle attached to it. A secret attachment that has been ignored until now it can't perform its job and the surrounding tissues are being affected. 😢 Because of Matt, I can diagnose my issue myself and go after it with strength training. 💪💪 Rubber bands resistance.😮😅❤🇺🇸💪And careful stretching😉. I'm 70 and stubborn. Much love to everyone💟🇺🇸

I'm an atheist, but I try to respect and understand people of all beliefs with open dialogue. I believe that we are all responsible for our actions, bodies, and that the power is in our hands as individuals, to change and take care of ourselves.

I had polio when I was only 10 months old. It left me with a paralysed leg and deformed foot. So life was a challenge. I don’t know if it was my youthful experience or the wonderful support of my parents but I grew up enjoying challenges. I am having a difficult time just now and I am grateful for your video channel. I may not be able to do the exercises but I’m learning a lot that is very helpful. And I’m determined to win this latest challenge.

Just like to comment on my my disability to squat for nearly 10 years now until I started following Matt's videos. I am 61 this year and able to do a full deep squat for about twenty seconds. So guys follow Matt's videos and and apply your will power - it works wonders

Keep encouraging & sharing the exercises. So many times I have the thought of “I’m feeling so much better I don’t need to exercise.” so wrong! I stop the exercises & pains & stiffness comes back. These encouragements remind me that exercising helps those pains to go away & gives me a healthier body. Simple as that. Thanks so much for your help

Well this is very encouraging. I’ve been watching Mat for a couple of years and applied a few methods to my problem that has assisted me. I have not given up or given in to a cane or a wheelchair or even surgery. I’m pushing through. It can be frustrating going from a great athlete to limited movement but this test has made me stronger as a person and more compassionate to others.

Thank you so much for the encouragement. I hurt my hip badly four years ago and would pass out from pain. I saw an amazing natural therapist about a year after hurting myself. The pain has come back and I got told on Friday that Ican get a needle in my hip. I'm not sure what to do yet. I've been praying a lot about it. Thank you for your encouragement. You have such am amazing, attitude. God bless 💙💜🙏🏻

Thank you for normalizing the experience of depression as it relates to dealing with frustrating physical impairments, and for saying that it makes sense. I have felt a lot of shame about the low moods I've experienced during my recovery from an injury, and hearing you say not only that it makes sense, but that it is to be expected, helped me feel a lot better about the whole situation.

My friend had lower back pain when he walked. His doctor gave him a pain killer for the pain. But painkiller caused constipation and he got another drug for the constipation. He decided to skip the painkiller and not walk far. This made him depressed, and he slowly declined. If he knew that squats and bridges would strength his glutes and eliminate his back pain, his life, I think, would have been better. I had knee pain when I walked. I thought I am going the same path as my friend. I stumbled on Matt's videos and after doing squats and bridges, I have no knee pain.

Been working at it for a year, and struggling with (it seems like) hypermobile joints or ligaments, weakness and twisting everywhere from compensation and collapsing in places. Something has gone wrong. Only able to tolerate low level exercises, so progress is very slow despite doing it daily. Had so many setbacks and have never regained the lost progress. I suppose the success is I'm still trying, and fighting. In spite of there being no answers. I do feel better with strengthening though it is also creating aggravation, as there is a reconfiguration process. New issues popping out of nowhere. Just have to go at my body's pace and applaud whatever it can do in the moment. And pray it will work out someday.

You are a true Blessing. I keep telling my friends, go watch Matt! You don't have to feel horrible, or take a ton of pills, or have surgery... just go watch Matt, and help your body heal itself. Thank you. Take care, be well

I have educated myself and lived healthy and strong for most of my life and raised my children this way.. I watch this channel mostly to just see there are other REAL humans in the world that empower others, and tell the truth. I am strong but my will is weakening, due to not finding others anywhere for decades that live the truth. It is wearing. anyway thank you for being a success in the world and helping others. it is good to know it is out there somewhere.

I can definitely relate to the depression. Being 54 I know it’s too soon for a lot of my immobility and I’m doing whatever it takes to get this hip pain taken care of by searching out advice, training and finding good PT from you! Not gunna give up!
