Thanks, sir...I was successfully able to DOWNLOAD the pandas and other libraries in Python 3.9. But sir, u should have mentioned that while installing the Python WE MUST TICK THE Dialog box saying: Add Python 3.9 to PATH. Then only the pip command will work...or else it will show an error!
