Financial environment is a given and interest rates do fluctuate. When rates go down they made tons of money, when rates go up, they also lose tons of money. Capable and responsible bank management can mitigate these risks. Don't protect the profit minded management who committed the mismanagement by making long irrelevant explanations to the unsuspecting public.
