I haven’t finished the video yet, so I don’t know if you mentioned this, but about a year or two ago there was a YouTube poll that had Switch VR on it. So I highly doubt this means anything

It's most likely a 'Brand Image' test.

Nintendo is probably testing the relevancy of the Switch brand on a hypothetical device that is NOT the current Switch, to compare the results to that of current consoles, for reference.

Of course, whether or not "Switch Attach" is the final name, it would make sense to use one of the POSSIBLE names they are considering internally. You may even see more polls in the near future with other Switch-related names. A very successful poll could encourage them to go with the most popular one.

I mean, the Attach part could be a foldable screen or a seperate attachable screen. I don't believe this name is accurate, but the people doing the survey probably saw the detachable second screen Switch 2 rumors and rolled with it!

That's a terrible name. And if it is a leak of the actual name, Nintendo should be thankful. It gives them the opportunity to correct the mistake.

For the next generation, Nintendo doesn't need gimmicks and Nintendo doesn't need weird names… just good games, good hardware, and competitive pricing… Switch 2 / Super Switch… it doesn't have to be that complicated.

thats a typo, its called the Switch Attack. You can "Attack" in which is magnetizing off a control part (EG - ABXY and UDLR) and other features

You can never put anything past Nintendo, but I would be SUPER surprised if they used a name that sounds even more like an attachable peripheral than the Wii U. I really think they would try to avoid that as much as possible. It would be honestly hilarious if it was true though just for irony's sake.
