My Korean parents tried Nigerian food for the first time. I made Egusi Soup (Melon Seed Stew), Ìyàn (Pounded Yam), Suya (Grilled Beef on Skewer), Jollof Rice with Fried Chicken and Akara (Bean Fritters) with Pepper Sauce.
