i am trying to submit life certificate and non-employment how ever non-employment option is not showing up to submit the PDF

Ex employees are doing said process but to get life certificate employees have to visit ONGC office and it is very difficult to aged employees and employees in metro to visit office to get it signed the certificate.
To get it signed from Bank Manager and gazetted officer very difficult.
Life certificate issued by bank is in November months for EPFO pension may not be valid for ONGC.

There should be face recognition method for submission of life certificate so all employees can submit it from their residence.

Excellent video explaining how to submit life certificate and non employment certificate.
However it is not clear if the online life certificate submitted for EPFO pension (last date of submission is 30th November every year) will be valid for submission to ONGC in the month of January.
ONGC should use the latest technology for online submission of life certificate like EPFO and LIC .

The ivrs doesn't identify cpf number at all. Please fix that ASAP. We are unable to confirm whether submission was successful or not
