Guys if it still doesn't work do this:
1) open Steam
2) Open Rockstar Launcher Patcher on steam ( which is shown in thee above video )
3) It will redirect you to Rockstar social and click on Play on epic games
4) Open the game and Enjoy!

If it didnt work for you guys when u add epicgames and rockstar to steam close epicgames and rockstar if they are open and open it through steam. once you opened it through steam on the epicgames launcher there should be something saying steam overlay on the bottom right or left corner once u see that ur doing it right then load up gta and your done.
