A fork would work or just brush your lips with toothbrush when brushing teeth. Gets rid of dead skin while circulating blood. Also doing before bed then using hyaluronic acid like the Ordinary slopped on and around lips makes them super lush

I don't think it stimulates bloodflow, I think it relaxes the muscles that keep the lips sealed and narrow.

I take a dry toothbrush and brush over my lips to get the blood flowing and make them look bigger. Also helps with getting dead skin off. I just keep a cheap toothbrush in my bathroom drawer set aside for just this 😊
