People will always choose Islam because belief in Allah ﷻ is ingrained in every fibre of our being. The concept of God in Islam is very intuitive.

You only need like two or three conditions to consider and that quite literally eliminates 99.9% of the 4, 000+ religions.

Whenever some atheist says to me that there are 10000 religions or 4000 religions I'm like gimme the names or list of those

My method is:

If God is impersonal and He doesn’t communicate with mankind, then asking the question is useless.

Step 1: If an atheist is asking the question of which religion is true, the he is already conceding to a personal creator/creators (naudhubillah) who also communicates with mankind.

Step 2: rule out polytheism because we only in one uncaused cause to avoid infinite regress.

Step 3: which one of the remaining religions preach proselytizing. If God has communicated with mankind. That communication would be for all of mankind and not for a chosen few.


4. out of the remaining monotheistic religions, which religions are preserved. Because if God’s word in a religion not preserved, then following that religion and no following that religion would not matter to God. Because that religion no longer has God’s word preserved init. You’d just be following something man made.

Step 5: the only remaining religion is Islam.

Now that we have an answer. It’s upto the questioner to look into Islam, scrutinize it with reason. InshAllah Allah(swt) will let guidance enter their heart and they will enter Islam as willing slaves of our master and creator Allah(swt)

It's crazy how we came to the same thought process.
1. Eliminate polytheism, because it never works even in their respective mythologies
2. It would be logical to make it a world known religion
3. Monotheistic + world known - narrows down to a few religions, investigate each and eliminate

If the true religion has to be accessible how come we always get the "but you don't speak arabic" argument.
Allah isn't powerful enough to clearly explain his message in a language i understand?

This is all under the assumption that God indeed wants a religion. What if God doesn’t need people to follow any religions?

Because we don’t know. Only the intermediate person told us God wanted a religion. God didn’t tell us. It is better to be skeptical.
