I am with @claudiajones - you described the past 10-15 years of my gut issues/ symptons. Life saver. I thought the gas was gastritis and never imagine my constipation was a consequence of the gas. Thanks for this educational video. It gave me answers so I can focus a protocol to target methanogens. Grateful to have found you!

Omg. I’m so happy I found your video! This is me at every point. I’ve lost 17 pounds and the doctors are still scratching their heads. What you recommend to someone who couldn’t take ox bile? I had a really bad reaction to it as it crossed the blood brain barrier and I have multiple sclerosis.

Thanks for the informative vid, Sir!
Please should the bile or the lecithin (supplements) be taken before, during or after meal? Can I take them even on an empty stomach without necessarily eating atty meals? And whether they're alkaline enough to not make stomach ulcers or gastritis worse?

Hi Dr Pierce. Does chronic stress play a part in all of this? I have been having stomach digestive issues which the Dr feels that stress is the main issue. Can this impact your levels or balance in the gut. And is there any general recommendations for recovering from this or supplements that could help? Thanks
