This was a BANGING meal. The pork tomahawk was HUNTED from Easter Compton Butchers and sourced from Prestige Pork, it was nothing short of exceptional. Their care policy to the animals is exactly how it should be.

Chilli flakes
Garlic powder
Drop of cider
