Gaddafi was asking "Why are you all tired like this!?" because he proposed that the UN general assembly should be hosted in different places in the world and not just the US so no one would get tired from long flights. If they were able to hold this assembly somewhere in Europe for example, it would make the journey a lot shorter for everyone. RIP colonel.
