"It wouldn't even have to be a big dragon i told him, it could be little like me."

"I'm friends with your mother..."

I died.

I laughed when the second dragon was like, "My turn now!"

Even dragons understand Tyrion better than Tywin did.

I love how the dragons listen to Tyrion as he tells them a story from his childhood; they are intelligent creatures, and they understood that he was there to help, not to harm.

Love the fact he took a moment just to rest his hands on the dragons neck as he spoke., almost like confirming to himself they are real.

Tyrion may be small, but he's having the biggest adventure out of everyone.

I just love how Tyrion calmly walks towards the dragon and tells a story. So badass. Probably he was so emotional that he forgot how dangerous the dragons are.

So, by now, Tyrion has pissed off the edge of the wall, fought with the hilltribes, slept in a sky cell, blew up Blackwater Bay, almost died in a battle after being hit by an axe, was charged with king's murder, escaped a death sentence, killed the most powerful man in the realm, crossed the Narrow see in a box, fought the stonemen, was kidnapped into slavery, became a caretaker of a large city AND touched two dragons.

Sure, the guy has had a rough life but damn, he's got so many stories to tell.

I just love how the other dragon bends down and looks at Tyrian like "me too, please!"

One of my favorite small details of this scene is the dragons drooling. I interpreted it this way. They’re starving, they’ve refused to eat since Dany left. They’re withering away in captivity. Tyrion is the first thing that has come into their dungeon in a while that they could eat. They’re literally drooling at the sight of him but have the intelligence to understand he is their friend, and it would not be wise to eat a friend. “Please don’t eat the help” and the dragon totally laughs.

Anyone else think it sounds like the dragon is laughing after Tyrion says, "don't eat the help"? This scene was clearly designed to show that dragons are indeed very intelligent creatures, they clearly undersand what he's saying. Perhaps it was intentional that it sounded like laughter?

The story is so sweet. Tyrion wanted a dragon so badly and now he’s got the trust of two

Very powerful scenes. Peter Dinklage is the best actor i have ever seen. This and the trial speech are insanely well acted. You have to imagine that there he was talking to greenscreens guys. This is super hard to deliver without seeing dragons for real..

After Tyrion unhinged their collars it looks like their huddling together to have a private conversation like in a sports team
