Mr Kiyosaki is a very nice man but he doesn’t seen to explain the US system very well. The US government borrows money via the sale of treasuries. The government then primes the pump via federal contracts. Things like military hardware and infrastructure are bought with the dollars spent. Money then returns via taxpayer dollars to pay the interest on the debt. Long term debt is paid back with e de valued dollars collected into the future. What is correct is that employees pay taxes and business owners receive tax breaks for investments. Mr rich dad diversified his business by initially paying taxes on his books and financial education businesses. Then he bought real estate and again let the poorer people renting from him pay off the mortgages.
