🚀 What really happened during Starship Flight 7? SpaceX has identified the root cause of the anomaly, tracing it to a critical propellant leak in the engine firewall cavity. Meanwhile, the FAA has launched a formal investigation, citing concerns over debris possibly falling outside the designated safety zone. SpaceX has already outlined corrective measures, including enhanced inspections, fire suppression systems, and increased venting capacity. Flight 8 preparations are underway, with Booster 15 and Ship 34 progressing through testing. Stay tuned for updates on the FAA investigation and SpaceX’s plans for a swift return to flight!

The FAA don't investigate anything, all the FAA do is verify the findings of internal SpaceX investigations and make sure recommendations are reasonable and proportionate. In this case there was a leak in the plumbing to the engines requiring a doubling of efforts during assembly to make sure leaks are prevented and mitigation consisting of increased ventilation in the cavity where the leak occurred. I don't see significant delays due to this as the investigation can be turned around quickly.

What do you mean "finally"? They figured it out insanely fast. lol

Another AI generated voice, I am so tired of these, nothing but junk! Another YouTube video I turned off quickly. YouTube need to really do something about this. If you are going to post, use your REAL voice!

As DOGE modernizes the FAA, they also need to rename it to reflect it's move into space.
**The Federal Aviation and Aerospace Agency** Or Federal Aviation and Aerospace-FAA

There are still no report about debris falling into populated area. So, i assume starship debris has fallen into the sea. Stainless steel is strong but also resilient to high temperature burns.

It would be REALLY nice if we didn't end up with the history of Starship and just saw the bit about what went wrong with the ship, like the title says.

"Impressive that SpaceX has finally solved the mystery of the Starship Flight 7 explosion! 🚀💥 Hopefully the FAA investigation will provide important solutions to ensure the safety of future flights. Looking forward to the next steps from SpaceX! 🌟"

The flight was remarkable. Even with the loss of the ship, the catch of the booster was incredible and even more presision that the first one. An engine out is nothing. Thats why there are many smaller engines. Engine out capability is part of the design. Any other rocket would have been lost.
Shame about the ship but thats why they are testing it.
I see no failure.

Where is the FAA investigation on New Glynn?

People really need to weigh out the NET POSITIVE with the journey with the ongoing damage it is causing to thousands of people.
The South African Elon Musk has spent billions of dollars (big chunks of it with Tax Payers Grant Money) to launch Rocket after Rocket to perfect his new developments (in this case, his ChopStick catchers ... and now he's achieved that). Progress, right?
But with each Rocket Launch experimentations (Elon launches an average of 3 Rockets per month for the past 15 years) the explosions send off debris all over the land, farms, rivers, lakes, beaches, and ocean ... and it rains Rocket fuel all over the region.
Not only do they end up in USA soil and waterways, but in other countries as well. We have found Starlink debris in Australian, and India is constantly complains about finding Starlink debris in their mountains and their oceans … and the irony is ... India has BANNED Starlink over India.
But, against FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) request for moderation, the South African Elon Musk keeps launching rockets after rockets after rockets within days of each other (he as the money to do that, and pay the FAA fines).
Hence thousands of people are being severely affected by the South African’s experimental rocket launches, 3 per month. Even NASA experts say that they are NOT allowed to launch experimental rocket the volume of SpaceX … this is why SpaceX is ahead of NASA in Rocket Science. At what point does the NET POSITIVE outweigh the damage?

If you don't break it your not pushing innovation and parameter mapping hard enough! I guarantee designers are looking at the telemetry like a goldminer looks at rock bed . . . . .

Alot of critics always crawl out of the cracks during a failure. Just a reminder, this was a test vehicle. Elone and SpaceX are willing to put there money where there mouth is. Unlike Jeff I can't get if up off the launch pad for 13 years and my company name is blue (aka blueballs) can't gwt off the launch pad. SpaceX has a dream for all humanity not a rocket measuring contest. That Jeffy seems to be in. Let's see who does more for the people and not for

A failure is a failure. The purpose of a rocket is to get a payload into space without exploding. The payload is the important part.

This channel is stupid. The clips are from other flights. Robot narration, etc. Please block and report them.
