I kinda understand why they would add base forms, because they put aside on one of the most popular moves at a side like: Spirit Bomb, Kaioken, Galick Gun, etc. Other moves that we all know and love are put back at their very beginnings.

I hoped to god when I head that base goku was getting added into the game that'd he get meteor combination as an attack. Sadly he didn't. Feels bad man. Good Looking DLC though.
