Hurricane Helene is approaching Florida and could make landfall as a Category 4 storm, a major hurricane that will batter Florida, Georgia and potentially Alabama. CBS News' Manuel Bojorquez reports from Tampa, and CBS News' David Yeomans has the latest forecast.
