you ask Serana to turn you into a vampire during the cutscene of Rising Dawn inside the altar, skip through the dialogue and then fast travel to another place. When you do that, you get the Vampire Lord ability while mortal. If you then turn into a Vampire Lord and transform back, you become a stage 0 vampire. You are undead, you get the poison and disease immunity and transformation but without the sunlight debuff or the fire weakness. You also regenerate health, stamina and magicka during the day, too. If you feed or drink a blood potion, you do become a regular vampire again though.

Honestly I didn't mind the debuffs as the vampire lord since most enemies aren't really a threat to you when you can just two shot them...and killing random cows and rabbits is just extra fun to get them perks

I imagine if you feed on a thrall or drink a blood potion youll suffer the effects just like when you werewolf/vampire hybrid?

The Dragonbor is OP enough without being a vampire and the Necromage perk benefits, even on legendary. I've never seen the point in making the game even easier apart from roleplaying purposes.

So fun fact the same thing happens if you do the vampire werewolf glitch and if you drink blood you take sun damage and don’t regenerate stamina. So I tried this but fun fact I have the rising dawn quest I haven’t spoke to falion before so I can’t actually start the quest because he’s doesn’t recognize me as a vampire or at least the dialogue option isn’t available in his house which he doesn’t leave for me

I always thought these glitches worthless. If you want to be a vampire without daylight penalty, just install a mod. It is a single player game, mods hurt nobody.

Does anyone know why when I transform into a vampire my face gets stained as if I had put dirt on the character's face?

It is not because of the sun, since it only happens to me after loading the game as a vampire Lord, even if I am inside or outside Volkihar's Castle.

Is there a way to become Werewolf + vampire lord without penalty and debuff?

Did this get fixed or something? Either that or the timing is really tight. I tried this like 15 times but every time I only get the vampire lord form. I can transform and turn back but I stay mortal. My eyes don't change, I don't get vampire sight or poison and disease immunity and necromage doesn't work either
