I feel the narrative form mainstream media is biased and lacking of data.

So it's hard to see the great picture just relying on them.
It needs some research (like watching informative videos like yours;), some thinking and understanding.
In fact Russian forces are consistently advancing of into the Ukrainian territory. Russia already control big area on the south and pushing forward (just look at those spearheads on the map!). Is on the way to encircle Kiev. Charkov (second biggest city) is under siege. Yeah, there was some unexpected delays and substantial casualties and losses of equipment. But still Russia has the upperhand and the initiative. "But it's so slow!" - many will say. I'll answer: Ukraine is a regional power with fairly large army, is more resistant and effective than expected. Country is quite big so it needs time to seize it from such fierce opponent. "Why don't just drive tanks to the cities!" Because of the limitation of type of units used by the invaders (battalion tactical groups): BTG have great manueverability and firepower but lose its effectiveness in urban areas. Operating in the city full of barricades and garrisoned units equipped with shitload of AT weapons is a nightmare for motorised units. So it's wiser to win cities by siege. Lose time but save lives. Who will survive longer (maintaining invasion vs defending the cities) - they'll win. Odds are not even but the war is not yet decided.

You didn't include a Russian spearhead from a Herson along the left side of the Dnieper aimed at Nikopol.

They got 30 percent of ukraine and pinned the ukrainian army in their cities.
2 oblasts have been taken and we are only 2 weeks in. I think the media is underestimating the russians here, 2 weeks for all this by any army is extremely fast and coordinated, a far cry from "bogged down".

I hope civilians are kept away from the battles.

Why did Zelensky say Ukraine is on the course for victory? The map says otherwise.

It looks like there’s about to be a major Russian drive from the north to Kiev and then from the south to the Dnieper river, which will cut off all of Eastern Ukraine.

Putin is very rational, Russians and Americans are VERY much alike. This rift between our countries is 100% from USA governement.

Great progress today especially in the south.

I don't know why, but I don't think Russia will stop until the fall of Kiev and Zelensky's acknowledgment to make peace on Russian terms.

Sorry, this is just a personal opinion, if someone is offended I'm really sorry, I don't want to make things hotter
