the problem with the tales of series is that they are shorts (15 minutes) so there isn't lot that they be told in a short amount of time so episodes feel very rushed

The scenes with Bariss and Luminara fighting in their tandem coordinated style was one of my favorite elements of the 2003 Clone Wars show.

Tales of the Empire could have included a final interaction between the where Luminara could have shown Bariss a path back to the light. That would have been a nice touch in my opinion.

What I thought was the grand inquisitor's plan with Luminara is that he would show Barriss turning into the dark side making her an inquisitor as well(similar to jedi fallen order), but the plan failed right after Barris run away so Grand inquisitor just killed her and here we reach rebels.

Barriss making her lighsaber scene in the 2003 Clone Wars series was a great. If I remeber that was the first time we've seen a making of a lighdaber on screen.

The are lil shorts, I don’t get the complaints. It’s a one off we didn’t even know was coming. Take it or leave it.

i think it's safe to say their final interaction occurred shortly prior to her attempted terrorism

I think if they wanted to show Bariss Offee under Undula's tutelage in the prequel era, they would've shown it in Tales of the Jedi.

Afraid that certain ”Chief Creative Officer” didn't do jack with a certain character.

I think we needed a story from a stormtroopers perspective

The fact that we didn't see Luminara is just a crime. Especially, considering how focused Tales of the Jedi was on Master/Apprentice dynamics. Also telling us that Morgan "had visions" and not showing us is a missed opportunity to expand more on the Nightsister Great Mothers

We don't need that this can only explore in the pre clone war to clone war era

I was very disappointed as there was NOTHING with Luminara and her reactions or anything. I mean in theory her character was long dead as she was killed by an AT walker and stomped on following order 66. Luminara was killed on the wookie planet too, however they changed all that. I just feel they keep bringing character back to life, lightsabers are clearly NON LETHAL anymore and they are really pushing female characters alot more. I am not being sexist btw folks just pointing out things.

See this is what Disney should have focused on. Making shows that focused on the other Jedi.

Do not find it weird in Tales we have characters closely connected with Ahsoka than some randoms.

I was really hoping that the Jedi Barris and Fourth Sister were hunting in episode 5 was going to be Luminara, but it was just some rando.

There was nothing between barriss and luminara. Luminara was your typical jedi with no connection to anyone, not even their apprentice. She accepted barriss being dead when she was buried alive in geonosis. I doubt luminara even cared when barriss was the one to blow up the jedi temple, basically she taught her everything she could and everything else was barriss' responsibility.

I’m a bit confused, is the night sister chick a human, or a different species? In the animated show I think they tried to make her apart of that race, but in the live action she’s just a human grandma.
