Hey, I’m just now seeing this. I’m glad you got up the nerve to use it. What are you canning ? How did it turn out?

Hi Yolanda! You seem to be missing your Regulator. It covers the vent pipe that has water sprouting from it. But throughout the canning phases it’s normal to hear boiling and air releasing. It may all be fine once you add your regulator. I have one as well and it’s AMAZING!
