Amazing video which really resonated with me.. there's a big difference between social loneliness and emotional loneliness. You can seem perfectly happy around your friends, family and the people around you, but deep down you may still feel as though you were alone in a crowd of people (these feelings get increasingly worse when you're alone)... To combat these feelings one must build motional resilience and with time, it may hopefully get easier!
