SCARING MY GIRLFRIEND ON A TANDEM BICYCLE!!

I decided to purchase a tandem bicycle, put my girlfriend on the back and scare the life out of her!

I have ridden all kinds of bikes in the past ranging from Road bikes, enduro bikes, dirt jump bikes, e bikes and enduro bike however neither of us had ever been on a tandem before and its fair to say it was a massive shock to the system! The goal was to head out and do some urban free riding, send some crazy stair sets and perhaps some mini free ride lines... all things out of Kara's comfort zone as she is a complete beginner MTB rider. This video was aimed around the basics and getting used to this bike however in the next video we plan to hit some more advanced MTB trails and even upgrade the bike with some parts from my downhill bike then who knows... perhaps one day we will be able to hit jumps, send tricks, ride drop off's or even enter red bull rampage!

I was terrified for that fork. Those whimpy things bend sooo easy. definitely upgrade those noodles. suspension will give you a bit more clearance as well as some decent braking.

Actually it should be quite easy to fit an old school sus fork with mtb tire & disc. Don't think you'll fit a bigger tire on back though. That was super funny!
