The programme rundown is as follows:

WARM-UP
- March
- High knee march
- High knee march and twist

MAIN SET - (20s work, 10s rest) x 4 Rounds per exercise
- 5 Squats with a jump
- Back lunge
- Tricep dip
- Bear crawl
- Hand release push-up

SEGMENT 2 - (20s work, 10s rest) x 5 rounds per exercise
- Straight leg sit up
- Russian Twist
- Heel taps
- Cool Down
