The day of my discharge from the Marine’s in the summer of 1969 Norfolk VA, I began my drive home to Massachusetts in my 1964 Chevy Super Sport. When I turned on the radio Beautiful Morning was the first song I heard and after surviving Viet Nam it was a beautiful morning that day.

I was 16 years old living with my grandparents on Long Island in the Bahamas and I’m back here now living again and this song is still comforting to me.

Being in the 4th quarter of my life, each day is a gift. Of course, this was true was I was a teenager but I'm aware of it now. Many friends have passed over to the other side; for whatever reason, I'm still here and appreciating each day. I hope everyone realizes this and makes the most of the time we've been given. Thanks for posting this song and reminding us to open our eyes.

February 27th 2015 the day I retired from my job after 32yrs of service. This song by the young Rascals brings back Great memories of that day. Never having to get up to an Alarm Clock Again!

Going to James Lick Junior High in S.F. With my very first girlfriend.
I learned this song by heart so that I would sing it for her when we walked to school...
Dont know were shes at or what ever happened to her. But it now brings back such happy innocent no problems in the world memories..

My favorite memory with this song. One day this song came on and I looked at my dog and said to her it is a beautiful day you want to go for a walk. That was the last walk I took with her . She passed 2 weeks later. I miss her so much.
